Can you guarantee service/coverage on my trip?
Skyroam operates on cellular data. The virtual SIM embedded in the hotspot gives you access to our local mobile data partners wherever you have a cellular connection.
Skyroam cannot guarantee that you'll have WiFi access in the countries we offer coverage in. If you have used a service(24-hour global daypass or GODATA) and are not happy with your WiFi connection, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will investigate your service issues. We will gladly replace the service activated for that specific date with bad data usage.
