Skyroam operates on cellular data. The virtual SIM embedded in the hotspot gives you access to our local mobile data partners wherever you have a cellular connection.
Skyroam cannot guarantee that you'll have WiFi access in the countries we offer coverage in. If you have used a daypass and are not happy with your WiFi connection, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate your service issues. We will gladly replace any daypasses with bad data usage.
