    If you have purchased a Skyroam Solis within the last 30 days, you can return it by completing the attached form.  

    Please note the above form will only work if you placed an order through the Skyroam website. If you did not purchase your Skyroam SOLIS from our website, please contact the store that sold you the device.  

    To request a return for a Skyroam purchased from Amazon, please email support@skyroam.com and include your full order #, and a customer service agent will be in touch within 24-48 business hours.
