If you purchased a Skyroam Solis X hotspot and are having problems accessing your Skyroam account, the first thing to try is to reset your password on the app or visit a.skyroam.com:
- Click on “forgot password" link.
- You should receive an email to your inbox with a link to reset the password.
- If you did not receive the email, please try repeating the above.
- Also worth checking your junk folder.
If you're still having problems, it may be that your account is not registered or you have mistyped the email during the registration process.
