What does a 30-day risk-free trial actually mean?

At what point does the Free Trial begin?
- Your Free Trial begins on your date of purchase and lasts for 30 consecutive days.
I bought 5 Daypasses or 1 Month of UMS with my Free Trial, and I didn’t get good service. Can I get a refund on the service I bought?
- There are no refunds on WiFi.
- If you do not use all the WiFi within the 30 days and choose to return your Solis, we will not refund any unused WiFi days.
How do I send back the Solis after my Free Trial?
- Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30 day trial (the 30th day after your date of purchase)
- All returns must include original packaging and all cords.
- If you are a US customer, Please use the return shipping label included with your original order to send back your device.
- All other customers may return using any shipping method.
What is the cost and who pays for shipping of returns?
- Returns are free for US customers, using the prepaid label sent to you with your original order.
- If you have lost your prepaid label, please contact Customer Support at support@skyroam.com to request a new one.
- Customers in all other countries are responsible for return shipping costs
If I am satisfied and want to keep my Skyroam Solis, what happens after 30 days?
- If you are satisfied or have not returned the Skyroam Solis within 30 days, you will receive an invoice via email for $99.99 to keep the device.
- Please pay it within 5 days of receipt.
Can I get the Free Trial if I’m not in the US?
- Yes, but return shipping is only included for US customers. All other customers are responsible for return shipping.
What if I decide I want to keep it BEFORE the 30 days are up?
- If you are happy with your Skyroam Solis and want to end the Free Trial early, please email support@skyroam.com and they will send your invoice for $99.99 via email to pay for the device. Pay the invoice within 5 days, and it’s all yours!
