What is Skyroam Rewards?
Skyroam Rewards is Skyroam’s free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your product purchases and social media follows! You can redeem these points for rewards, discounts, and Skyroam merchandise. To sign up for Skyroam Rewards, please go to https://www.skyroam.com/rewards.

How do I join Skyroam Rewards?
Go to https://www.skyroam.com/rewards and click on “Sign Up”. Enter your email address, create a password, and check your email for a message from us to confirm your account. Once complete, log-in and you’re on your way to earning rewards!
How do I earn Skyroam Rewards Points?
There are many ways to earn points! The first is by signing up and joining our Skyroam Rewards program. After that, points can be earned by purchasing products as well as sharing and following us on social media.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means if you take no actions to either earn or spend points for 12 months, they will expire. If they expire, your point balance will return to 0, however your VIP tier will remain unchanged.
When can I start redeeming Skyroam Rewards Points?
You can begin redeeming your points for data plans beginning at 100 points and discounts for device orders beginning at 50 points.
Can I earn Skyroam Rewards Points if I purchase in retail stores or other sites that carry Skyroam products?
At this time, you can only earn points when purchasing from www.skyroam.com.
What do the 'APPROVED', 'PENDING' and 'CANCELED' Points Statuses Mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and could take up to 24 hours before the points are added to your account.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
What Happens if a Friend I refer Cancels Their Order?
If a friend you referred cancels their purchase, their purchase will no longer count toward your successful referrals.
My referral was a success, when will I receive my 50% Off code?
Once your referred friend purchases, you will receive an email with a code for 50% off a Global Unlimited Data plan within 24 hours. Sometimes this email can wind up in the Junk/Spam folder, so please check there before contacting Skyroam support. If you find you haven’t received the email after 24 hours has elapsed, please contact email@example.com.
Can I combine my points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Yes! If you have more than one Skyroam Rewards account, please email your account credentials to firstname.lastname@example.org and note which account you’d like to keep. We’ll take care of it from there! Please note that only points from purchases and referrals can be transferred. If you have any questions just include them in your request.
Please note Skyroam reserves the right to cancel any accounts or orders that we feel may be fraudulent or if they indicate an abuse of the Skyroam Rewards program through the creation of duplicate accounts by the same user.
How can I check my Skyroam Rewards points balance?
To view your current points balance, simply select the “Login" link at the top of the Skyroam.com homepage, scroll to “Rewards Login” and enter the email and password associated with your account. Your points balance will populate on this page after logging in and can also be viewed on the right-hand of the checkout page.
What happens to my points when items are returned?
When a product is returned, you lose the points from your account. The points are not refunded or added back into your account.
I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the rewards you see listed on the Rewards tab. You cannot purchase points directly at this time.
How do I spend my points on a hotspot or accessory?
First, login to your rewards account. Once logged in click the “Solis X” or “Solis Lite” link in the website navigation at the top of the page. After going to either the Solis X or Solis Lite page add either product to your cart by clicking “Buy”. In the cart, you can view your points balance and apply points to your order by “Choosing Your Reward” amount. Click the preferred reward amount the click “Apply” to your order. Please note, your reward amount applies to your total cart amount, so it will apply towards accessories in your cart as well. Once applied, click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your purchase. You can add as many rewards as your point balance permits.
How do I spend my points on a service plan?
First, login to your rewards account. Scroll down and click on one of the many service plan redemption options. You will see a pop-up with a unique coupon code. This coupon code will also be sent to you via email. It is a one-time-use unique code. Use this code to activate your plan within the Solis app or customer web portal. You must redeem the points on the Skyroam.com Rewards page. You can only use the coupon code in the App or Portal once you receive it on the webpage after your redemption.
Which GoData plan should I purchase with my points?
If you are purchasing a Global, USA, or Europe GoData plan for the first time or upgrading from a daypass plan, you will need to purchase a prepaid GoData plan and follow the steps for redeeming your points. If you have already subscribed to a Global, USA, or Europe GoData plan and would like to continue your subscription, select the GoData GB Top-Up option to add GBs to your account.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Upgrading is easy. If you would like to go from a pay-as-you-go plan such as daypasses to a GoData or Global Unlimited Data subscription just choose from one of the prepaid GoData or Global Unlimited Data plan options, then follow the steps to redeem your points. If upgrading from a GoData to Global Unlimited Data plan, please go to the app or web portal and “Unsubscribe Immediately” before attempting to upgrade. Once unsubscribed from your GoData plan, select the prepaid Global Unlimited Data plan option of your choosing and follow the steps for redeeming your points at checkout.

I can’t log into my account.
Please reset your password by selecting the "Forgot Password" link on the Skyroam Rewards sign-in page. We'll send an email to the address on file that will prompt you to reset your password, then sign in as usual! If you're still having issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I performed an action that you reward with points (ex: liked/shared Skyroam’s page on my social media, etc.) but my points are not showing up.
You must follow us via the pop-up on the Skyroam Rewards page for points to automatically register in your account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com and they can help!
Which plans can I apply Skyroam Rewards Points to?
At this time, you can apply Skyroam Rewards points to Daypasses, Global GoData, USA GoData, EU GoData, and Global Unlimited Data 1, 3, and 6 month plans. Additional plans will be added soon. You can view all the plans available for redemption at https://www.skyroam.com/rewards.
What do the tiers mean?
Skyroam Rewards are separated into three tiers - Orange, Gold and Platinum. Tier status is based on a rolling 12-month period of your accumulated points. Your cumulative points will move you through Orange, Gold and Platinum statuses for more rewards and benefits! Your tier status will only reset every 12 months if your points are below the minimum number of points for your current tier. For instance, you have 350 points in your account which means you met the minimum point threshold for the “Gold” tier; to qualify for this tier you need 300 - 599 points. However, you redeem 100 points which brings your total cumulative points to 250 and do not accumulate any additional points before your original rewards join date. On January 1st they will be moved to the “Orange” tier; this tier is for customers with 1 - 299 points.
How do I know what tier I am?
Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
I'm an Orange, Gold, or Platinum Member. How do I get early access to sales, partner with Skyroam, get VIP specials, or limited time partner deals?
Early access to sales and Exclusive VIP offers will be available via our newsletter as sales, VIP only deals, and Travel Partner Exclusives. We will also, sporadically, reach out via email when looking to partner with Gold and Platinum status customers on special Skyroam projects.
Make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter and add us to your contact list so they don't up in your Spam box!
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the Unsubscribe button when you receive your next email
I want to write a review; how do I write it and get my Skyroam Rewards Points?
After you make a purchase from our website, you will be sent an email offering you the opportunity to write a review for one of the products you purchased. This will arrive roughly 10-12 days after your order has shipped. Submit your review through the email and 50 points will be added to your account.
Please note that while we appreciate your enthusiasm for our products, only one review per email will be rewarded points at this time. Additionally, we are unable to give Skyroam Rewards points for reviews not completed through review emails or for multiple reviews of the same product.
